David Schwinghamer, founder and creator of Third Dimension Design LLC, is an architectural designer based in Cave Creek, Arizona. Specializing in home remodeling design and additions, Third Dimension Design LLC is a residential remodel design company treating each property as if it were their own. David is deeply passionate about providing the highest quality services possible to his clients, and making the process as easy as possible along the way.

David and his team assist their client by carefully drawing out detailed permit plans to show to city officials. “ A lot of people are caught doing work without a permit,” says David. Their experienced draftsmen work together with the client to create a design plan that brings their unique vision for their home to life!
For David, the best part of the job is getting to meet new customers and work on new, creative designs. His biggest motivation, he says, “..is the satisfaction of knowing my precious clients are happy with my work and their new house improvements!” David’s goal is to continue to grow his company and hire more staff so that he can spend more time with his family, including his wife Valerie, who he says is his biggest support system.
For David, having his own business was always his dream. To all the dreamers out there, David says, “Go for it, for sure…I found the courage to try; I've made some mistakes, but never quit.” David’s perseverance and dedication to his craft is inspiring and motivating, not only for architects, but for all types of creatives! With his work and dedication, David inspires others to follow their dreams. “A couple of young people came asking about learning CAD, and I taught them for over 6 months or so. I have also been working on an ebook about how to start your own architecture company.”
